What is Initiative 71 and is Sensimilla compliant?
Initiative 71 is a Washington DC voter-approved measure, passed in November 2014 and effective since February 26, 2015, that allows adults 21 and older to possess up to two ounces of cannabis and gift up to one ounce to another adult. Sensimilla DC operates fully within the I-71 framework. Our products are offered as gifts with qualifying purchases, in full compliance with DC law.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all neighborhoods within Washington DC — from Capitol Hill to Georgetown, Adams Morgan to Anacostia, and everywhere in between. We currently serve DC only; Maryland and Virginia deliveries are not available.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries arrive within 30–60 minutes depending on your location and order volume. During peak hours (evenings and weekends), delivery may take slightly longer. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.
What products do you offer?

Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum order required. Whether you need a single cart or a full ounce, we deliver the same level of speed and service regardless of order size.
Is my order discreet?
Absolutely. All deliveries use unmarked packaging and our drivers arrive in unmarked vehicles. We never share your information with third parties and all transactions are private.

We accept cash on delivery as well as various digital payment options. Payment details will be confirmed when you place your order. All transactions are discreet and secure.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to receive a delivery. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready when your driver arrives. This is required by DC law under Initiative 71.
Can I gift cannabis to someone else?
Under Initiative 71, adults 21 and older may gift up to one ounce of cannabis to another adult. However, the recipient must also be 21+ and present a valid ID. Contact us if you’d like to arrange a gift delivery to a specific address.
